The South Dakota State University Dakota Lakes Research Farm plans to have its annual Field Day on June 24, 2021. It will begin at 3:00 PM (cst) and run until dark.
Topics to be discussed include variety development and testing on winter wheat, oats, spring wheat, and field peas. Presentations will also cover ongoing research including livestock integration and NREC supported research on phosphorus soil-test calibration. Discussion of long-term impacts of crop rotations on both dryland and irrigated land will also be included.
A light lunch will be served. There is no cost or required registration. Anyone interested is invited and encouraged to attend.
